The icon of the "clear" button is currently not theme aware. Thus in a dark theme it is hard to see.

It would be easy to fix (come and ask if you don't know how) but I removed it from the beta workboard due to inactivity. If you want this to get fixed, please do it this week and add it to the beta workboard again.
