Dialog and plugin layout seems to be not shown correctly on laptops

(The example shows a New Segmentation Dialog in the Segmentation Tab)

This happens on a ThinkPad T470p laptop under Windows (trying different resolutions rather worsens the result, both Debug and Release). Not only dialogs are affected but also plugins like Segmentation and Image statistics.

Related to HighDPI-settings. TODO: Recheck different DPI settings and observe the workbench. It is supposed to work as we set some HighDPI-related Qt flags.
