See attached screenshot. This was done by loading Pic3D.pic.gz and applying the Otsu filter context menu.

Sorry, here is the screenshot. If we don't correct this for 3M3, I would suggest to remove it from the application (for this release).

Most possibly invalid.
MITK is no longer compatible to ITK versions < 3.16 due to the pixel center change. Please try again with 3.16 if your not using it.
