Introduce option to save the segmentation in the nnUNet tool GUI itself.

Description

Segmentation created using nnUNet cpuld be saved to a predefined location that can specified once in the nnUNet GUI.
This is feature is potentially intended for domain experts (eg. doctors), who want label a new dataset. They can create prediction, edit it and export it using nnUNet GUI itself.
