[3D Surface Interpolation] 3D+t Interpolation Preview Crashes When Going Through Different Time Steps

Description

Tested on Ubuntu 20.04.

  1. Load 3D+t image. (I used 3d+t/001 from the mitk-data folder).
  2. Create Segmentations in each time step.
  3. Activate 3D Interpolation. This should cause the interpolation surface preview to appear.
  4. Go through the time-steps forward and backward. This should cause the preview to change per time-step.

Eventually a crash happens.
