[Segmentation] Color change not immediately applied

Description

When changing the color of a label, nothing happens until the user does something else that triggers an update (move the crosshair, activate a segmentation tool, click the label again, ...).

Is this the same (T29110, see description point 3) and specifically T29110#235991?
If so, I have a fix for the > layer 0 problem which can be tested and reviewed in D632.

Yes, this is indeed the same issue as described there. Should be fixed by the differential, then
