This might be due to a missing dependency to org.mitk.gui.qt.sandbox. The issue should be solved with revision 20068 (works for me now). It might be necessary that you re-run CMake one or two times.. sorry for that.
Philipp, could you please check if the buttons appear after your next update?

I'm quite sure this can be considered fixed. Philipp, please verify this and reopen the bug if it is still valid for your build.
