Datastore access facility in MONAILabel tool

Description

Introduce Datastore access facility in MONAILabel tool in MITK.
Datastore is just a folder on the server where data can be kept. Even if empty, it's specified while starting the server.

Datastore should ideally help users to:

  • Upload local images to MONAILabel server
  • Retrieve those images & view in MITK Workbench.
  • Segment selected images on the datastore.

Since the Datastore feature enables users to access images stored (if any) on the MONAI Label server, the MITK-MONAILabel tool should be able to start without any image opened on the workbench.

I think we should post pone that for now. And revisit if we have a concrete use case /user request
