Manual contouring of 2D images not working

Description

When working on a 2D image

  • a warning (caught exception) is displayed that interpolation will not work
  • at least the Add/Subtract tools crash

Ignore selections except 3D images in QmitkSegmentationView

FIX (#2960): added workaround that only allows segmentation for images with dimension > 2
