Description

Changing the part size via the sash (size handle) leaks mouse events to underlying widgets.

CHG (#2981): add m_Margin(5) in QmitkPerspectiveSwitcherView. If this bug is closed, please set m_Margin to 0 or remove the variable.

This one needs more investigation. The error source is still not clear to me.

I tried to reproduce the bug on Ubuntu 12.04 with MITK 2012.09. I could not find any issues (with m_Margin=5 or m_Margin=0).
