3D image volume is mirrored after saving as .pic and reloading it

Description

Steps to reproduce bug:

  1. load dwi image
  2. qball reconstruction
  3. create gfa image (standard 3d image volume)
  4. save gfa image as pic
  5. load image saved in 3.

-> image is mirrored on y-axis
example dwi file is attached
bug occurs in current mitk checkout as well as older 3m version

Something similar was observed quite some time ago. IIRC it was caused by some hack which mirrored pic images before writing and mirrored them back after writing, could be T1135. Daniel worked on it. Could you have a look at the history of the mitkPicFileWriter or look for commits related to 1135 if there are any hints?

seems to be fixed. can't reproduce.
