Extend DICOM testing

Description

This is related to T8219 . We should create a directory with a collection of strange images (e.g. secondary captures with missing geometry tags) and test that the dicom sorting code performs well.

Since rendering tests became stable, we could use them verify proper loading a "chosen" set of images from a network server.

Using a shared network file server (which has much disk space) also allows to verify the dicom sorting within large directories. (The MITK-Data repository space is in this respect limited).
