ImageCropper does not work for rotated MR

Description

While trying to crop a rotated MR, two things happened:

The bounding box was not shown in the correct location. See shifted bounding box attachment.

When you try to interact with the bounding box (rotate, translate or scale) it disappears. The only way to get it back is to close the bundle and open it again.

Basitan, this appears to be geometry-related. Would you kindly investigate and assign?

The error does not occur with the test data. The bug can be closed.
