If you have the crosshair enabled and generate a network with the "Brain Network Analysis" bundle, it will be hard to recognize when it's done. The network is rendered black (like the images planes of the crosshair) and the connection points are rendered gray.
This is trivial, but we did not recognize that the algorithm was finished.

This is probably a matter of taste, furthermore it is so low priority, that it won't make it into the release anyway. but thanks for pointing it out.
It will be fixed 'later', when my visualization gets reworked (probably in conjunction with seminar work given by Ivo).
