The index is calculated incorrectly when another image is loaded

Also this progress bar does not make much sense, since the dicom import doesn't run in a separate thread. Therefore it isn't updated regularly.

I think we should deactivate the option in the app. This is too close to
release now. lets open a new bug.

I tried a bit. when no tend can be found the int is 35** (not sure exactly). With tend i receive other failures with the int = 512

how can we check if the executable exists?

hiding it might be the best solution so shortly before release.

on linux:

dynamic cast did not work with gcc compilers < 4.4. Therefore dynamic casts of dwi to tensor images did not work properly. Some recent changes with regard to T9250 and 9248 resolved this problem.

Does not appear on every pc. Iggy and I had this problem. Jan did not.

Tried to fix it with exception handling, but the error occurs somewhere deep in QT code, so this does not work. Implemented a much more simple solution. It needs a Fiber Bundle to work so no the buttons for these planar figures are enabled and disabled depending on whether there are fiber bundles in the current selection or not.
