There are still no unit tests for the recorder player component of MITK-IGT. This should be implemented in release 2.

wrote basic tests for mitk::NavigationDataRecorder & mitk::NavigationDataPlayer.

Further discussion needed concerning extended testing of naviationDatas across several timeSteps.

Will do when Hannes is back from vacation.
Will commit as soon as dashboard is green again!

initial commit of NavigationDataPlayer and -Recorder tests.
added sample NavigationData-file to check with the player.

is compiling, testing and the coverage will be checked tomorrow =)
