Autocrop does not work correctly with rotated images

Description

If a segmentation was created on a image that is not axis-aligend the resulting image dose not fit the source image.

regular mr image autocropped with segmentation done on this mr,
the autocropped region was totally unreleated to prior segmentation

This bug could not be fixed during the 2015.05 release.

Each time the auto-crop operation is executed, the resulting image origin is shifted by one voxel in y and z direction.
