  • performs 2D region growing (or leakage correction) (Region Growing)
  • does single stroke corrections of binary segmentations (Correction)
  • fills holes in a 2D segmentation (Fill)
  • erases island or whole 2D segmentations (Erase)
  • segments the left lung lobe
  • segments the rightlung lobe
  • segments the liver
  • segments the left heart ventricle
  • segments the left heart ventricle outer wall
  • segments the prostate
  • segments the hippocampus
  • segments a lymph node
  • corrects the segmentation of a lymph node by modifying a 3D mesh
  • segments homogenous tumors
  • corrects the segmentation of tumors (no only homogenous)
• the group of all manual segmentation tools ("Contouring")
• the group of all (semi-)automatic organ segmentation tools ("Organs")
• the group of all lesion segmentation modules ("Lesions")
• the application module org.mitk.gui.qt.segmentation and/or the associated perspective

CHG (#2699): included the new icons

The icons in the segmentation folder are to small. Perhaps we try larger ones. Marco can you just exchange the pictures with the right names and identifiers in the images?

please take care that the whole view is still viewable on low screen sizes.
