When creating a point set in a 4D image, the points in the "current pointset" list are only shown for time step 0. However it is possible to create points in other time steps. They are shown in the renderwindow but not anywhere else. Also, deleting the list then only works for time step 0 and the other points cannot be accessed.

Steps to reproduce:

• Load 4D data (e.g. 3D+t-Heart)
• create a new point set
• create point for time step other than 0
