At the moment the manual segmentation is just working correctly if the world geometry and the geometry of the segmentation image are aligned. As soon as there is another image loaded with a different geometry the manual segmentation show weird behavior since the corresponding world geometry cannot be used anymore to write back slices into the image.

We should find a way to allow that, maybe calculate the correct reslicing geometry using the world and image geometry
