Description

In T3239 we need to test if the MITK crashes after the call of a view methods of mitkRenderManager. As mitkRenderManager depends on the QmitkRenderWindow we need a test for the Qmitk module.

  1. Implement a test environment for Qmitk
  2. Implement a test for QmitkRenderWindow

We need a core modifcation for this Bug.
