created a new bug to fix the Welcome view bug within the CoreApp

ok its easy to do

created a png for each working mode, designed a testwelcomepage (styled by an external stylesheet) and tested the switching mechanism to the particular working modes
Furthermore the final design of the html page is passed on to our designers

with some Preset the application seems to crash as well ..

I think there might be some Preset within the loadPreset list which do not work ...

Patch to test the data storage synchronization on linux systems.

Patch to test the DataStorageSynchronization on Linux systems

synchronization was successfully tested on linux. Final synchronization with itk mutexes was commited at revision 18758.
For additional information have a look at http://mitk.org/wiki/internal/Requirements/DataStorageSynchronization
to be sure that no further modifications are necessary the bug remains open for a little while

This seems not directly related to the vtkUnstructuredGridMapper, since it also affects i.e. a surfaceMapper when loading an object with too small dimensions.
The problem can be traced back to a conceptional MITK problem. MITK does not scale down to very small dimensions.
