Merging a label in the MultiLabel segmentation plugin leaves one label without a segmentation

Description

Having two labels on one layer in the MultiLabel Segmentation and merging one into the other leaves the label, that was chosen as "Merge into ..." (the second label) without its segmentation. As this is the intended behavior, we should think about removing this empty label afterwards.
