There is an issue when looking at a segmentation that has a multilabel color map when the coordinate system is not aligned (reinit on segmentation image). In that case mitk will interpolate pixel values for the viewer, resulting in useless display of segmentations. This problem is very annoying, especially when comparing segmentations that are in a different coordinate system, because at any given time one of these segmentations will not be displayed properly.
