[Segmentation] Picking tool: When no region is picked, selected node just gets unselected

Description

When using the picking tool and clicking "Confirm picked region" (without actually picking a segmented region) the selected segmentation just gets unselected in the DataManager and no new segmentation is created. The user should at least get a warning that he has to select a region to create a segmentation. It would also be nice not to deselect the parent node if no new segmentation is created.

I tested this and I can confirm that the segmentation-node will be deselected but the parent node stays selected in my case!
