use delete[] for arrays in some files.

@Federico can you merge this branch and check if this resolves your issue.
It should not be neccessary that to manually handle the case when sth is deleted from the DataManager.

I'll have a look at this later this day, if you can share some code that would be great. One more question: are you working on a current or recent master version ?

Enhanced mitkDispatcherTest to check if reference counters of DataNode and DataInteractor are correct after removing a DataNode with active Interactor from DataStorage.

One minor problem was in PointSetInteraction which held a reference of last selection that wasn't updated on deletion, so the PointSet was held until a new one was selected.

What should happen ist the following:
if an Interactor is removed, all references in within the Interaction Classes (e.g. Dispatcher) should be removed also.

Undo/Redo stopped working due to changes to Command/BlueBerry (?) changes.
It has been fixed but updating Undo/redo to the general QAction framework.

fix registration to work with diffusion images again

enhanced COpyGeometry, to only copy origin information.

Problem is in mitk::RegistrationWrapper::GetTransformation()

was fixed with recent update of the registration miniapp.

cannot reproduce this on current master,
maybe this was fixed this through the interaction meta T18735.

could not reproduce it on linux,
should be checked on Windows (where it was observed once).

cause of bug was:
when switching to new tool,
the working slice was "nulled",
and on mouse release on operation on the null object was performed.
fix is to ensure image is created when the tool gets activated.

Working on arch linux, i cannot reproduce this bug.
the image data used, also requires no reinit for the segmentation.

this bug is obsolete due to T18735

3d / 2d Test is written, problem is that PointSetInteractor operates solely on 3D World Points - in the test scenaria those are provided via xml, so that the test actually cannot fail.

3d world positions are now computed on the fly, and only on demand.

DisplayGeometries differ when running Workbench, and when running the Test,
putting the test on hold, until DisplayGeometry issues are sorted out.

Bug fix comprises:

this was already fixed.
