[Segmentation] Fast Marching Tool not really responsive for large images

Description

Large image (512x512x512): Setting seed points takes a long time and when changing a parameter, the application freezes forever.
However, Pic3D (256x256x49) works fine.

Furthermore, I still can't figure out which parameter I have to use to get a reasonable result
We should definetely discuss whether to really keep it.
