Reactivated mitkSurfaceTest, fixed some data cleaning issues.

The test is reactivated and the dashboard remains green, therefore this bug is fixed.

This issue got fixed in T10804.

This bug is currently not present on the dashboard and I cannot rreproduce it manually therefore I close this bug for now.

Unit test added. This issue is fixed ad can be pushed to master once the core modification flag is set!

The issue is fixed. Currently a unit test is generated to test the class.

The tracking volumes were defined as an enum in mitkTrackingTypes. I remove this enum and check what consequences become evident.

Changed creation of smoothed polygon model from segmentation. Now from each timestep of a 4D segmentation a surface will be generated.

Hi Sascha, good idea.
I'll come to the MITK meeting to discuss this. I think the user should be warned about the time it might take to generate e.g. 20 surfaces. We should also consider moving the surface generation in that case to a background thread to accelerate processing.

The processing is already realized within a background thread, so the warning idea was discarded. Now the same filter as for unsmoothed surface generation is used, which offers a possiblity to smooth the surface and generate surfaces for all timesteps.
I guess this solves the bug.

I have a look at this issue!

The generation of all surfaces in a 4D data set might be quite tedious. Therefore I propose to ask the user before starting generation of all surfaces if he really wants all or just the surface of the actual visible timestep. Any suggestions?

The logic for creation of smoothed polygon model has been moved to QmitkCreatePolygonModelAction class. The algorithm for smoothed polygon model creation is now written using itk filters instead of vtk filters. The usage of 4D images seems to be disabled on purpose.
Task: Reenable the logic for 4D surface generation, check how to combine the resulting surfaces best.

Correct so far, nevertheless, the read/write access to a non existing path is a bug causing an unexpected behavior. The installer does not ask for a specification of the home-directory, but tries to access it either way.
Possible solution:

1. Let the user specify the home dir!
2. Catch exception once the home-dir is not available!

Two dartclients (mbi084 and mbi013) do not have TortoiseGit at all, mbi077 is at the latest TortoiseGit version (1.7.4) mbi068 is not at the latest version. mbi076 uses TortoiseGit -not latest version- and this error does not occur - probably because this client starts with empty source and binary (daily delete with batch file prior to dart client execution).

The class mitkToFCameraMITKPlayerController is adapted to read .pic and .nrrd image data. The test is adapted accordingly and works, some changes are made to the GUI widget.

Working plan:

1. Modify QmitkTofConnectionWidget: a) add .nrrd as possible file extension for generated file names b) add deprecated warnings when .pic files are used
2. Modify mitkTofCameraMITKPlayerController.h a) rewrite OpenCameraConnection() with mitkPicFileReader and ImageFileReader b) rewrite UpdateCamera() to get requested image slices from the input

It seems to me that all the removed parts depent somehow on the deprecated ipPic stuff, therefor the test cases for methods like SetPicVolume() or SetPicSlice were removed.
What other test cases do you have in mind?
