@thomass Which version did you test this with?
So adding a DICOM SEG to a directory already containing other DICOM files makes MITK unable to load the original DICOM files anymore.
Is it still a non-trivial thing? I thought we already have the possibility to handle DICOM references? I may miss the point here but when loading a DICOM image with a reference ID or whatever it is called and if this referenced image is present in the current scene, it should be taken into account, right?

Adapted the task to issue #1 only.
Substential amount of time is lost in the QmitChart widget between the emit signal on the c++ side and the JavaScript-Event, so in the web channel. As each trace/curve triggers its own signal that quickly piles up to a considerably latency.
This task mentions two problems.
- loaded segmentation is not associated with the original image
- loaded segmentation cannot be stored as DICOM Seg
Same with Linux (Ubuntu 16.04)

Solved/checked with branch of T27122
The example above shows how to build MitkFileConverter in about 15 minutes. It uses Ninja as build system so do a sudo apt install ninja-build first. I also built the package target afterwards and it succeeded to package everything in a relocatable tarball, however, when executing the packaged MitkFileConverter, dependencies of MitkCommandline were missing. So this is something we have to investigate.
# Shallow-clone latest master branch of MITK into MITK directory git clone --depth=1 https://phabricator.mitk.org/source/mitk.git MITK
I made a short video. Sorry for the powerpoint thingy at the end... was to stupid to figure out how to stop the recording :-P:
Pushed new branch T27170-MinimalBuild.
Pushed new branch T27168-DefaultRangeForSliceAndTimeAnimations.
Will test MatchPoint Mapper
I still can't reproduce the error.
However, in the meantime things have changed and it is now possible to define a static or dynamic masks. Since it was not clear, what to do, I tested both. In the static case I get an error
core.mod.sfcInterpolation.controller ERROR: Invalid time step requested for interpolation pipeline
@kalali OK, could you please open task where needed or tag with RequestForDiscussion. Thanks
As noted, this was never a real issue since the broken code was never merged.
As D238#5458 stated, measurement options are only enabled if an image is selected.
Discussion result: @kalali will verify status on the current master (and act accordingly ;))
